Join us for our inspiring Candlelight Christmas Eve Service. The service will begin at 7pm and will include Scripture readings, a brief message from the pastor, congregational singing of traditional Christmas hymns, as well as some special musical offerings. The service concludes singing “Silent Night” by candlelight.
We welcome any and all to come celebrate the nativity of the Lord Jesus with us.
Palates and Palettes Paint Night: Friday, November 12th, 6:30-9:30 p.m.
Palates and Palettes paint night at the Kims’ home! Please, bring snacks and beverages to share. Laurie Mang will be instructing the painting class; RSVP to Laurie to save your spot.
On Saturday, November 6th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Lois Carr will be here to sell handmade African goods (bags, baskets, bracelets, earrings, pot holders, aprons), to support children’s healthcare ministries throughout Kenya. (They make great Christmas gifts!) Bless someone you love, promote a Kenyan artist, and provide healthcare for a child at risk with your purchase of unique jewelry, textiles, and more.
A modified men and boys campout is tentatively planned for Friday, November 5th and Saturday, November 6th. Setup begins the afternoon of the 5th. We will have a short devotion before a giant bonfire Friday evening (weather permitting). The fire is planned to start at 7 p.m. at the latest to allow time for a devotion. Men and boys are welcome to come for just the bonfire or to camp as well. RSVP to RE Joe Deane.
If you are 50+, please consider joining the seniors for a good time of fellowship at the church from noon to 1:30 on November 10. Just bring your lunch and beverage; dessert will be provided. If you have questions, contact John or Paula Strain.
