Please note the following is a correction to June 23, 2019 Bulletin announcements. The next fellowship meal will be July 7, 2019, not June 3oth as the bulletin indicated. Likewise the diaconal food collection for the local food pantry will also be on July 7th.
The Tuesday morning ladies Bible study will not meet on June 11th and June 18th. It will resume on June 25th.
Please note that VBS registration for the morning program closes today.
A lot of helpers will be needed this Sunday, June 16th, to set up for the VBS program. Set up will begin immediately following the worship service. Please plan to stay and help. The more helpers there are the quicker the work will be completed.
The regularly scheduled, monthly Senior Fellowship Brown Bag Lunch will not be meeting during the summer months. They will resume meeting on Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at noon.
Please note that registration for the morning program VBS registration will close on June 10, 2019.
All are welcome to attend the Tuesday Word, Prayer, and Praise gathering at 7pm. The typical format is 20 minutes of teaching from the Word, 20 minutes of prayer, and 20 minutes of singing praises.
There is a meal beforehand which begins at 6:30pm. If you plan to attend the meal please CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.

The next Paint Night will be on July 26th at the Kims’ garage beginning at 6pm.

On the first Sunday of each month, the SRPC Diaconate collects canned and dry goods, as well as, general household products and toiletries, for the local food pantry. Please bring an item or two to donate to the local food pantry and place it in the bin in the foyer.

There will be a Fellowship Meal this coming Sunday following the worship service. Please bring a main dish and either a side dish, a salad, or a dessert.
It is our goal to have enough food so that guests who have not brought food may join us. With this in mind, as a rule of thumb, think in terms of bringing enough food that will feed your own family plus one more person.
VBS prep is well underway and David Dise is asking for a few folks to help him Saturday 5/25/2019 and Monday 5/27/2019.
We will be applying paper posters to rigid foam boards using spray adhesive. This is slow and steady work requiring sure hands and a team of three. It’s really not for youngsters. We have about 20 posters to do so a couple crews would help. David is looking for a minimum of six volunteers. If we have two crews the work should take around 3 hours to complete.
We’ll get started at 10:00 am at David’s house; 6788 Signal Hill Road, Manassas. Wear clothes you don’t care about.
