First Sunday Fellowship Meal
As is our usual practice on the first Sunday of each month, we will have a Fellowship meal after the service this Sunday January 6, 2018. Please bring a main dish and one of the following: side, salad, or dessert. A good rule of thumb for how much to bring is to bring enough to feed your family plus a guest.
All are welcome! Visitors are welcome and do not need to bring food.

Christmas Vespers: Tuesday, Dec. 12
On Tuesday evening, December 12, 7-8pm,we will gather to sing Christmas hymns and to pray. We are planning on providing nursery care. Please join us for this one evening as we prepare to remember our Lord’s first coming and to lift up the needs of God’s people. Please contact Maria Ettema if you plan to attend.
Church Directory Updates
Online Church Directory Update: Our church uses an online church directory app which is a great tool. We are asking everyone to help us update it over the next few weeks. There will be a hard copy draft in the foyer and we ask that each family has someone check their information, make any changes, and initial by it. You can also see which photo we have for you. Please send any updated photos to robin.deane21@gmail.com. If you are a regular attender and want to be added, please put your information on the blank pages. If you have not been using the app and need help getting started, please see Robin.

Christmas FLOCK December 16th

The 2017 Christmas FLOCK (Fun-Loving Older Covenant Kids):
Saturday, December 16 at 6 pm at the church building. This is a much-anticipated, fun-filled pot luck and white elephant gift exchange. It is for our 18 and older members only, but a nursery will be provided. There is a sign-up sheet on the bulletin board in the foyer to sign up to bring food items. To participate in the “white elephant” gift exchange each person should bring a wrapped gift. The gift can be something found around the home, a “re-gift” item, or something you have purchased. Please do NOT spend more than $15 for a purchased gift.
Nursery Volunteers Needed
A new nursery schedule is being made. Please consider volunteering for this important ministry.
Please let Elizabeth Albright know ASAP if you would you like to volunteer for nursery during SS or Worship. Please indicate if you can volunteer for Christmas Eve. Also, if you already volunteer, please let her know if you need to alter how often you’re scheduled and if there are dates you know you are not available.
