Please note that there will be no Sunday school classes on December 25th and January 1st.

Your baked goods are needed for the Harvest Festival dessert auction. Please sign up if you are able to donate a baked good. We also are accepting donations for the picnic basket. Please check sign up sheet on the bulletin board for items still needed.

Drinks for our Harvest Festival are usually provided by the families of our church body. If each family brings 1 or 2 12-packs of soda there are usually plenty of drinks to go around. Please leave your beverage donations in the kitchen. Thank you for supporting this ministry to our community.

The Missions Committee invites all to attend the SRPC Missions Banquet on Saturday, September 24th 4pm-7pm. This will be a fun, informative event for the whole family. Each household please bring (1) a main dish and (2) a side dish, salad, or dessert sufficient to feed your family and a few guests. International dishes are encouraged.

 The Daring Girls have assembled the Blessed to Bless bags and want to thank the congregation for the generous donations to this project.  The bags are ready to be picked up today.  They ask that someone from each household pick up a bag in the foyer after the service.  There may be enough to offer another one to each family next week.  These bags are to be placed in your vehicle to be given to any needy person you may come across.  Please be in prayer for the people these will reach.

A missionary will be visiting this Sunday May 1st . During the regular Sunday School time he will share with us what he has been doing at Frontiers. We are thankful that we can be a part of this ministry and look forward to hearing from him.

Please make note that there will not be a Daring Girls meeting for the month of May. Instead the girls are encouraged to attend the church work day on Saturday, April 30th to help in any way they are able.

On Easter Sunday we will be having breakfast finger foods between the Sunday school and the worship service. Please plan to bring a finger food (i.e. doughnuts, muffins, coffee cakes, or fruit) to share — something that does not require a utensil to eat. Juice and coffee will be provided.

Ruling Elder Britt McNeill has begun teaching communicants classes during the Sunday school hour.  These classes are intended to help prepare young people to be examined by the session for church membership. IT IS NOT TO LATE TO JOIN.

Dangerous Club for Boys will meet at the church on Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 8:00am.
